5. How did you attract/address your audience?
- I have used a bold masthead so that it is clear and visible for people to be able to see on the shelf.
- I have used a clear colour scheme of grey, white and gold which i have used consistently throughout my magazine.
- I wrote exclusive underneath my main article headline this implies to the reader that they will be able to read things that they wouldn't know this overall makes them want to buy my magazine.
- i wrote my main headline in a much larger font size so that is clearly visible over any off the other writing on the front cover.
- i used a teenager as my main image as that is part of the audience who my magazine is aimed towards.
- the subheadings that i have used on the articles on my context page are artist related to the genre that the audience of my magazine would listen to and recognise.
- i have tried to attract my magazines audience by the presentational conventions that will draw them in, this is shown by the colour, text and imagery used within.
